Supply Dynamics in the European PCLT Tire Industry to 2028

Charting the Road Ahead: PCLT Tire Market Forecast Report

The supply of tires across Europe continues to evolve.

Sanctions imposed against Russia have impacted imports into Western and Central Europe since the second half of 2022. Nokian is clearly the most affected, and it is in the process of securing alternative capacity including a new plant in Romania. Pirelli has also adjusted its production. Toyo and Linglong have both started production at their new plants in Serbia and Sentury Tire of China has proposed building a plant in Spain. Meanwhile imports from outside Europe have continued to increase.

This briefing is provided in a PowerPoint format, giving a detailed review of the developments in European PCLT tire supply, including forecasts for the period to 2028.

The data-pack is a spreadsheet with data on PCLT tire production capacity by region (West Europe, Central Europe, Eastern Europe) and country from 2018 and forecasts to 2028.
